Introduction
Welcome to Growte Technologies. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and services provided by Growte Technologies Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By registering for an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Growte Technologies Ltd provides a cloud-based business management platform designed to help freelancers and business owners manage finances.
Services include invoice generation, expense management, financial reporting, basic productivity tools (goals trackers and reminders), and financial insights.
User Accounts and Profiles
Account Types: We offer Personal Profiles (limited business features, basic invoicing, payment links, and productivity tools) and Business Profiles (advanced features, support for multiple brands or business accounts).
Verification: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, such as your name, email, and phone number. We reserve the right to request additional verification in the future, including but not limited to National Identification Numbers (NIN) and Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration numbers. Failure to provide valid verification upon request may result in account suspension.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment Processing and Third-Party Services
Infrastructure: Growte Technologies Ltd does not operate payment infrastructure. Payment processing services are integrated via third-party providers, currently including Paystack and others added dynamically in the future.
Third-Party Terms: By using payment features on our platform, you agree to comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of our payment processors. We are not liable for failures, downtime, errors, or disputes arising from third-party payment gateways.
Fees and Subscription Model
Current Model: The platform is currently offered free of charge.
Future Changes: We reserve the right to introduce a subscription-based pricing model with tiered packages in the future. You will be given reasonable advance notice before any fees are implemented, allowing you to choose a package or cancel your account.
Account Misuse and Termination
Prohibited Conduct: You may not use the platform for fraudulent invoicing, money laundering, unauthorized data harvesting, or to propagate spam via our productivity and reminder tools.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, systemic misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Termination by You and Data Grace Period: You may close your account at any time. Upon a termination request, your data will be queued for deletion. You will have a two (2) week grace period to export your financial reports, invoices, and data before permanent deletion.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Property: All platform code, software, user interfaces, logos, designs, text, and future AI model implementations remain the exclusive property of Growte Technologies Ltd.
Your Property: You retain ownership of all raw data, invoice details, client lists, and financial figures inputted into the platform. You grant us a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the services to you.
Limitation of Liability and Financial Accuracy
Collaborative Resolution: While we strive for absolute accuracy in our invoicing, reporting, and expense tools, the platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. In the event of a platform calculation error or data discrepancy that impacts your business finances, Growte Technologies Ltd agrees to work with you in good faith to investigate and resolve the issue collectively.
Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law, our cumulative liability for any verified direct losses resulting from system errors will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us (or a nominal fee cap specified during our free tier period). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
