Personally Identifiable Information (PII): We currently collect basic information including your name, email address, and phone number. In the future, to comply with regulatory standards and improve verification, we may collect institutional data such as your National Identification Number (NIN) and Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration details.
Financial and Business Data: We process information you input into the platform, such as client lists, invoice details, transactional figures, expenses, and goals.
Third-Party Payment Data: Transaction processing data is handled directly by our payment gateway partner, Paystack. We do not store your full credit card details or bank passwords on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide, maintain, and optimize our invoicing and expense tracking services.
- Generate your financial reports and insights.
- Authenticate your business identity.
- Communicate system updates, changes to terms, and customer support responses.
Future Artificial Intelligence (AI) Insights
We plan to introduce AI-driven financial insights. To train, refine, and improve these automated systems, user financial data and trends will be strictly anonymized and aggregated. No personally identifiable business or individual data will be exposed during this optimization process.

We do not sell your personal or financial data. Your data is processed using secure cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, specifically:
- Contabo (Core server/database infrastructure)
- Bunny (Content delivery and routing networks)
- Paystack (Payment collection infrastructure)
Data is only shared with these third parties to the extent necessary to deliver a functional, secure application.
Data Security
We employ industry-standard technical measures to keep your financial logs secure. This includes SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for all data in transit and strictly encrypted databases to protect information at rest against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
Data Retention and Erasure
Active Accounts: We retain your business data for as long as your account remains active to provide uninterrupted financial histories.
Account Closure: Upon your request to delete your account, your data will remain accessible for a two (2) week export period, after which it will be permanently scrubbed from our active Contabo infrastructure databases, except where legally required to be retained under Nigerian financial tracking laws.
Your Rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate information, or request full data deletion.
